Complain channel

We receive anonymous information, which is used to define the respective investigation and to solve those complains related to the breach of our internal policies: Order/Hygiene/Safety Regulation; Ethical Code; Felony included at Law 20.393 and those infringement, which affect Bailac San Ltda integrity.

Scope of current complain will affect all natural o juridical person, related with Bailac San Ltda; meaning Directors, Employees, providers, Customers and Stakeholders.

It is granted, that for every received complain, staff in charge of Bailac crime prevention, will do an independent analysis, under confidential basis, without retaliation, regardless legal actions, that could come as for the nature of each felony.
