In terms of operating costs at mining operations, the Giants Tires used in trucks and loaders have a strong impact. BAILAC, since its beginning in 1925, has specialized in reducing costs of operation of tires used in civil works and mining. As an example, the value of a giant tire retreading of a Loader ML1800 is approximately 1/3 of the value of a new one, with a schedule performance equal to the new one. Experience: BAILAC, was the first in the world in retreading giant tires for Loading equipment, measures 57 “and first in the world in retreading the giant tires of a transport truck measuring 63”. BAILAC recommends: Generate retreading liners, by implementing:
- Preventive repairs and sealing minor cuts.
- Good management practices and management of tires
