In 2010, Bailac strengthens the training area and begins the project of creating its own Technical Training Agency “OTEC Bailac Training “, a product of the vision and commitment of the General Manager with training, improvement of skills and development of its employees and with the purpose to respond effectively to those who wish to meet their expectations of adequate training, updated and tailored to the needs of the company. 
In order to maintain the work of excellence and quality in the service Bailac provides to its clients, at the end of 2012, the creation of the ” OTEC Bailac Training Limited ” takes shape. This is an organization certified under the norm NCh2728, recognized by the National Training and Employment Service and currently offers technical courses of tires, welding, and machinery operation. We work to give better opportunities. Today we offer various training courses tailored to the demanding needs of the market.
